I am having trouble with a longer than normal college game that I scored. I can't get it to e-mail the excel or other stats. It there something simple that I am missing? I have not had any trouble with any of my standard HS games.

It should not matter how long the game is. What is happening when you try and email? Do you get a Success message, or a failed to send message from iScore?

If you get the Success message, then the email has been sent by our server, and it would be something on the receiving end (like a SPAM filter) that is preventing you from receiving the data.

If you get a Failed message, then be sure to check your internet connectivity to be sure you have a good connection. Try going to the browser on your device and be sure you can browse to http://iscoresports.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
