We have a tie breaker rule that starts an inning with one out and a runner on second. I know how to put the runner on second, but I can't figure out how to start the inning with one out without assigning it to a player. Ideas?

Never mind. Figured it out. Start with 0 outs then after the second out is made go to Misc and select "End Inning." Duh!
