I previously created an Admin Website and exported all of the data (over 2 yrs worth) to the site. Since then, the itouch was recently updated by my kid and all of the data was removed including (I think) the original admin website password. I was looking to retrieve the exported data. It appears that a new Admin Website was created because of the update with new password. How do we retrieve the originally exported data? Is it possible that there may be two admin websites now with the same ID?

There would not be two Admin Websites with the same ID, but as long as you have not exported more than 3 times, we should have a backup of your data and should be able to recover it for you. Just send us an email to support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen), and let us know you are trying to recover your last Export, and we will see what exists in your account.
